These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the e8game website located at https://e8game.ws ("Platform"), including all games, features, promotional offers, payment services, and any other services made available by e8game ("we," "us," or "our") to registered users ("you," "Player," or "User").

e8game reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your account.

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the e8game Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, e8game reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to confiscate any balances or bonus funds held within them.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your e8game login session. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person. e8game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Accounts must be registered with a valid and actively monitored email address.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their contact details remain accurate and up to date.
• e8game may periodically require re-verification of account information in line with anti-money laundering ("AML") and know-your-customer ("KYC") obligations.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with e8game's then-current dormant account policy.

e8game supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. e8game does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or transfers from unverified sources.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your e8game wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. e8game reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which are supplementary to and consistent with these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms will take precedence for that Promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified for each individual Promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Promotion terms.
• e8game reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, including where abuse or fraud is suspected.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the result recorded by e8game's central gaming system, the central system record shall be the definitive and authoritative result.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players, whether to defraud e8game, other players, or to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors. Any such error must be reported to e8game support immediately; exploiting known errors rather than reporting them is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your e8game account.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, the financing of illegal activities, or any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, self-exclusion mechanism, or account restriction imposed by e8game.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of any third party.

All content on the e8game Platform — including but not limited to the e8game brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of e8game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without e8game's express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of e8game's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, for which e8game reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e8game, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the e8game Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, e8game's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your e8game account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• e8game does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.
• e8game does not accept liability for losses caused by third-party internet service interruptions, device failures, or payment processor delays outside of e8game's direct control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits e8game's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

e8game is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. e8game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, without notice, where:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.

Upon termination for cause, e8game may withhold your account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, e8game may forfeit some or all funds in accordance with the specific breach provisions of these Terms and applicable regulatory guidance.

e8game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address held on their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the e8game Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11 above. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which e8game holds its gaming license. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first being raised with e8game, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution as determined by e8game's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
